Founded in 1986, Locations Mobil Tech first specialized in the rental and sale of construction site trailers. In 1996, Alain Brunette took over this family-run business.

Born and raised in the Chelsea sector of Gatineau, Alain quickly earned a reputation as a young, enthusiastic entrepreneur who was bubbling with new ideas and always ready to propose services never before offered in the Outaouais region.

His next move was to expand his company into the maritime container rental and sale market. Gone were the days of having to rent vans requiring drivers with special licences—his new range of products would save his clients time and money.

In 2000, Alain's home flooded, so he decided to store his belongings in one of his containers. He quickly realized the containers could be used for residential moving, and a new line of business was born.

Since then, Locations Mobil Tech has continued to grow. In the first year, the company owned 40 maritime containers, most of which served at construction sites. By the following year, however, this number leapt to 100. Locations Mobil Tech now owns over 200 containers that are available for rental or sale.

Today, Alain is proud of his company and the first-rate service he offers to his clients.
